Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  1. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via email, and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
  2. We’ll replace defective items if reported within 30 days of delivery.
  3. If the items are not faulty or damaged in transit, there is a 20% restocking fee that is applicable on the items. 
  4. Custom lights are non-refundable unless defective.

Unwanted orders/orders placed by mistake

For all orders that were placed by mistake or you have changed your mind after receiving the order, or have compatibility issues, we will accept your return however return labels are not provided in this instance.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have compatible and working puddle lights in your vehicle so you can swap them out when the ones we send you. If you do not have working puddle lights or have blanks where puddle lights are usually located in your vehicle, you will not be able to use ours either.

You are responsible to return the items to us in their original unused condition with all the packaging the order was received in. We also charge a 20% restocking fee for all unwanted orders.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
