How do I know if my truck supports puddle lights?

Check under the door for a factory puddle light socket. Not sure? Send us a photo.

What models do you support?

Can I install these on a truck without puddle lights?

Yes, but professional installation is recommended – it will require extra wiring.

Are these lights waterproof?

Yes, all our lights are waterproof and dustproof – ready for real road conditions.

How do I install the lights?

Plug-and-play! No wiring or drilling needed. Installation videos available.

Do I need tools?

Just a trim removal tool or screwdriver to pop out the factory light.

How long does production take?

7–15 business days after design confirmation.

Will I get a preview?

Yes. You’ll receive a real projection photo before shipping. No reply in 3 days = auto approval.

Can I track my order?

Yes – you’ll get a tracking number via email.

Can I return a custom order?

Custom lights are non-refundable unless defective.

What if my design doesn’t fit or looks off?

Please confirm your truck model before ordering. If in doubt, contact us.

What if something’s wrong?

We’ll replace defective items if reported within 7 days of delivery.
